Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at SenesTech Online Store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, order processing may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
ContraPest Online Store does not ship to addresses that are P.O. Boxes.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
ContraPest Online Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
ContraPest Online Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Returns Policy
Our manufacturing processes include extensive checks for quality to ensure that our customers get the best product possible. Defects can happen, though, in the packaging or shipping process. Our products are warrantied against any defects in manufacturing. If, upon receipt of product, you see evidence of a problem with the container or seal, we will quickly replace it. If this happens, please call our customer service line at 866-886-7287 or email them at customersupport@senestech.com. We will walk you through the replacement process. We regret that we cannot extend this warranty on product that has been opened or deployed.
